All claims must be made within 14 days after shipping out the merchandise.
All the damage/defect merchandise within the warranty date can be exchanged within 14 days of shipping date.
Should damage occur during shipment, please retain all parts, packing material and merchandise and call us at the time of receiving.
All returned goods must get the authorization of IAVC and have an authorization number before shipping back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Customers are responsible for the return freight charges.
All products are not refundable.
If the damage/defect merchandise occur after the warranty date, customers should pay for the repairing of parts and so forth.
